HCT116 cells were cultured in McCoy's 5A medium (Gibco) and were maintained at 37°C and 5% CO2. Chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed for ARID1A using the antibody #12354 from Cell Signaling using the Active Motive ChIP-IT High Sensitivity Chromatin immunoprecipitation kit. HCT116 cells were cultured in McCoy's 5A medium (Gibco) and were maintained at 37°C and 5% CO2. After chromatin immunoprecipitation for ARID1A, DNA was extracted using the Active Motif ChIP-IT High Sensitivity Chromatin immunoprecipitation kit according to manufacturer's instructions. For ChIP-seq libraries, the Diagenode MicroPlex Library Preparation Kit v2 was used according to manufacturer's instructions.
