Chromatins were prepared using the protocol previously published (PMID: 29429977). Briefly, cells were crosslinked by 1%formedelhyde for 10 mins and lysised into nuclei. Nuclei were sonicated using BioRuptor to break into chromatin fragments. Librarys were prepared using KAPA Hyper Prep Kit (Kapa #KK8505) according to provided protocol
