Total RNAs were extrated using Quick-RNA Miniprep kit (Zymo Research) . Chromatin lysates were prepared by sonication and protein-DNA complexes were isolated with indicated antibodies followed by purification with PCR purification kit (Qiagen). Multiplexing libraries were prepared for sequencing using Illumina standard protocol.
