Mammary glands were treated with a TissueTearer followed by dounce-homogenization in lysis buffer. Lysates were sonicated and ERα-DNA complexes were isolated using a ERα antibody. ChIP and input DNA were amplified using the Illumina ChIP-Seq DNA Sample Prep Kit.
