Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) was performed as described (Perissi et al. 2004). The anti-KMD4A antibody (Abcam ab47984) was used. Extracted DNA was ligated to specific adaptors followed by deep sequencing on the Illumina GAII system according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
