Other features include ANEMIA; HYPERCALCEMIA; and RENAL INSUFFICIENCY.

For chromatin immunoprecipitation crosslinked cells were resuspended in nuclei lysis buffer (10 mM Tris pH 7.5, 10 mM NaCl, 0.2% NP-40, protease inhibitors) for ten minutes, centrifuged, washed and resuspended in SZAK RIPA buffer (150 mM NaCl, 1%v/v Nonidet P-40, 0.5% w/v deoxycholate, 0.1% w/v SDS, 50 mM Tris pH8, 5 mM EDTA, 0.5 mM PMSF, protease inhibitors) for sonication. Immunoprecipitations were performed overnight at 4°C using and imunoprecipitated chromatin was extracted using QIAquick PCR Purification Kit (Qiagen). 10 ng of input and ChIP material was processed using the Illumina kit (IP-102-1001)
