Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. The JMJD3 antibody was generated in rabbits, using affinity-purified GST-JMJD3 (amino acids 798 1095) as described in (PMID 19451217). Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions.
