Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and protein-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. The purified DNA fragments were blunt-ended, ligated to the Solexa paired-end adaptors by using NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep kit and NEBNext Multiplex Oligos kit (NEB, USA) to build the libraries and tested by Agilent 2200.
