Cells were crosslinked on plate by addition of 10% volume of 11% formaldehyde solution for 15 minutes at room temperature. 50 million cells were used per ChIP reaction. ChIP was performed according to Young lab protocol (Pete Ralh 4.10) and sonication was performed on a QSonica Q700 tip sonicator. Library construction was performed using the Swift Biosciences ChIP kit by the Whitehead Institute Genome Technology Core. Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and target bound fragments were isolated with antibody.
