For chromatin immuno-precipitation, cells were fixed with 1% formaldehyde, quenched by addition of 125 mM Glycine, 5µg of TCF4 antibody (The antibody is not commercially available. It is described in PMID 27846392 and was kindly shared by Dr. Michele Ceribelli) was used to perform ChIP overnight at 4ºC. Note; for Chip normalization, spike in chromatin/antibody was added to sonicated lysates (53083/61686; Active Motif). ChIP genomic DNA libraries were prepared using KAPA Hyper Prep kit (KK8502). Input represent the whole cell extract was used to prepare the genomic DNA library. DNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using KAPA Hyper Prep Kit (Roche) with TruSeq indexes according to manufacturer's protocol.
