Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and AR-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody as per manufacturers instructions (Chromatrap® Pro-A kit). Isolated DNA was sent to Active Motif® for library construction. AM prepared the libraries according to Illumina's instructions accompanying the True-Seq ChIP Library Preparation Kit (IP-202-1012, Illumina®).
