Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. ChIP-seq libraries were constructed from the ChIP-DNA using Illumina TruSeq ChIP Sample Prep kit (IP-202-1012), with 15 to 18 cycles of PCR amplification. DNA size selection was performed using AMPure XP beads.
