Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared according to manufacturer's instructions, quantified by Qubit (Invitrogen) and TapeStation (Agilent) and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq2500 (50 SR lane V4 reagents).
