Cells were crosslinked, harvested and stored at -80 degrees. Then nuclei were isolated, DNA sonicated and ChIP was performed. Then DNA was isolated using qiaquick PCR purification kit. Libraries were prepared according to the standard KAPA Biosystems kit and DNA was size-selected (300-400bp) with E-Gel® iBase™ Power System (Invitrogen)
