Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and taggedprotein-DNA complexes were isolated with anti-FLAG antibody. Libraries were prepared for combined input for RWPE1-FLAG-ERG and RWPE1-FLAG-EHF, as well as ChIP DNA from FLAG immunoprecipitations form each cell line using NEBNext® ChIP-Seq Library Prep Master Mix Set for Illumina.
