Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and Trim33 complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared according to KAPA's instructions accompanying the KAPA hyper prep kit. Briefly, DNA was subjected to end-repaire and A-tailing to produce 5'-phosphorylated, 3'-dA-tailed dsDNA fragment. Illumina's adapters with 3'-dTMP overhangs are ligated to 3'-dA-tailed molecules. After adapter ligation, DNA was PCR amplified with Illumina primers and library fragments of 50~400 bp (insert plus adaptor and PCR primer sequences) were isolated with AMpure XP beads (Beckman Coulter). The purified DNA was captured on an Illumina flow cell for cluster generation. Libraries were sequenced on the Illumina Hiseq 2000 following the manufacturer's protocols.
