Chromatin was extracted using SimpleChIP chromatin IP kit (cell signaling) and immunoprecipitated with PR antibody. Libraries were prepared using Kapa Biosystems Hyper Prep kit (#KK8500) according to manufacturer's protocol. 1ng of DNA was used and 12 cycle library amplification was performed.
