MeSH Description
A subset of helper-inducer T-lymphocytes which synthesize and secrete INTERLEUKIN-2; INTERFERON-GAMMA; and INTERLEUKIN-12. Due to their ability to kill antigen-presenting cells and their lymphokine-mediated effector activity, Th1 cells are associated with vigorous delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions.

library_construction_protocol
Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared using ThruPLEX® DNA-seq Kit (Rubicon Genomics) according to the protocol from the vendor. Qubit, bioanalyzer and KAPA qPCR were done before pooling for sequencing on HiSeq 2500 platform.
