Neurons were fixed in 1% formaldehyde and lysed in 10 mM Tris pH 8.0, 1mM EDTA, 1 mM EGTA, 1X Roche complete EDTA-free protease inhibitors, 0.15% SDS. Chromatin was sonicated and immunoprecipitaed, as described in the methods section of the accompanying publication (Tyssowski et al., 2018). Libraries were prepared using 5ug of immunoprecipitated DNA or input DNA with the NuGen Ultralow V2 1-96 library prep kit.
