library_construction_protocol
Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were constructed according to the published protocol: Bermick JR, Lambrecht NJ, denDekker AD, Kunkel SL, Lukacs NW, Hogaboam CM, Schaller MA. Neonatal monocytes exhibit a unique histone modification landscape. Clinical Epigenetics, 2016, 8:99. After library consruction, samples were pooled in equimolar concentrations and were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq machine according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
