Cells were crosslinked in the presence of 1% formaldehyde. Cell lysates were sonicated and Protein-DNA complexes were enriched by immunoprecipitation with mentioned antibodies. Libraries were prepared according to the manufacturer's protocol (Diagenode, MicroPlex Library Preparation Kit).
