Sonicated soluble chromatin was immunoprecipitated with 5 micrograms of PU.1 or MITF antibodies and pulled down by protein G sepharose beads equillibriated with yeast tRNA and BSA. Library construction was perfomed by modified Illumina ChIPseq library preparation kit.
