Crosslinked cells were lysed using a Sarkosyl-containing lysis buffer. Chromatin was isolated, sheared and subjected to immunoprecipitation with an anti-AR antibody. Libraries were prepared using 5 ng ChIP DNA and the ThruPLEX DNA-seq kit (Rubicon Genomics) according to the manufacturer's instructions. ChIP-seq.
