Cells were then fixed with 1% formaldehyde (sigma) in medium for 10min at room temperature, and lysed in 1%SDS lysis buffer. Chromatin was sheared to approximately 200bp fragments by using Covaris S220X. Libraries were generated by ThruPLEX DNA-seq Kit (Rubicon).
