For ChIP-seq lysates were clarified from non-fixed Dnase I-treated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with anti-trimethyl-Histone H3 (Lys27) antibody (Millipore catalog no. 07-449). For RNA-seq total RNA was extracted from purified monocytes or dendritic cells using RNeasy Micro kit (Qiagen). RNA integrity and concentration were measured using RNA 6000 Nano kits (Agilent) on a Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. ChIP-seq libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions. RNA-seq libraries were prepared following the Illumina TruSeq RNA low-throughput protocol.
