ChIP was performed using 1% formaldehyde cross-linking for 10 minutes at room temperature. Cells were lysed with 1X PBS in RIPA buffer and sonicated for 30 minutes in a biorupter on high with 50s "on" cycles followed by 10s "off". Chromatin lysate was cleared with a 1 minue high speed spin and incubated with antibody overnight at 4o. Libraries for high-throughput sequencing on Illumina Hi-seq were generated using TruSeq library preparation protocol.
