Fat body tissue was dounced homogenized and then sonicated using a Bioruptor 300 (Diagenode) prior to ChIP with anti-ORC2 antibody. Libraries were constructed using the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (Part # E7645S) according to manufacturer's recommendations with indexing primers for multiplexing.
