Lymph nodes from Stat5b-CAxBlnk+/- leukemic mouse were made into single cell suspensions, stimulated with 10 ng/mL murine IL7 for 30 minutes at 37°C, and fixed with 1% formaldyde at room temperature for 10 minutes. Whole cell extracts were sonicated with Diagenode Bioruptor to solubilize and fragment the chromatin to an average size of 200 bp. The chromatin was then immunoprecipitated with the Santa Cruz sc-835 (C-17)x anti-STAT5 antibody. Followed the Illumina TruSeq ChIP sample kit
