ChIP experiments were performed as described previously (van Oevelen et al, 2008, PMID:20956564). Libraries were prepared according to manufacturer’s instructions with some modifications (Asp et al, 2011, PMID: 21551099). All libraries were sequenced on the Illumina 2AAIIx sequencer
