Hormone-treated were harvested and ChIP was performed as per the directions provided in materials and method (ChIP and ChIP-sequencing; reChIP and reChIP-sequencing) ChIP-seq and reChIP-seq libraries were prepared using Kapa ChIP-seq kits.
