ChIP chromatin was preapred from whole cell lysates of cross-linked cells. Lysates were sonicated and chromatin complexes were isolated with antibodies coupled to magnetic beads. RNAs were extracted from whole cell lysates by following QIAGEN RNeasy Micro handbook. Genomic DNA for WGBS was obtained from lysates from 100-500 P12 or P15 oocytes. ChIP-seq libraries were prepared according to Rubicon Genomics THRUPlex kit with minor modifications. RNA-seq library preparation was carried out according to TruSeq library preparation. MethylC-Seq libraris were prepared with modified library protocol from Wang, L., et al., 2014 Cell.
