Cells were lysed by Dounce homogenization and chromatin was sheared to an average length of 300-500bp. 30ug aliquots of lysates were pre-cleared with Protein A agarose beads and incubated with 2ug NR4A antibody (sc-990, Santa Cruz Biotechnology) overnight at 4ºC. ChIP and input DNA were amplified using the Illumina ChIP-Seq DNA Sample Prep Kit.
