T cells were chemically crosslinked and sonicated cells to generate fragmented genomic DNA. DNA fragments purified from agarose gels and used for cluster generation and sequencing. Chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed using the following antibodies: BACH2, JunD, p300, H3K4me1, H3K27ac PCR products were barcoded (indexed) and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform or Genome Analyzer II platform.
