Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared according to Gnomegen Library Preparation Kits (Gnomegen) and ChIP-seq libraries were cluster-amplified and sequenced with the Illumina HiSeq2000 sequencer (50-nucleotide pair-ended read) following the manufacturer's protocols.
