Phenol-chroloform Library preparation was carried out as per manufacturer’s instructions (Illumina) using 10ng material. Samples were subsequently size-selected via gel migration and extraction,. Sequencing was carried out on an Illumina HiSeq 2000. The quality of libraries was checked with the Bioanalyser DNA High sensitivity and by Q-PCR.
