Whole cell extracts were sonicated to solubilize the chromatin. The chromatin extracts containing DNA fragments with appopriate sizes were prepared for sequencing. ChIP-Seq libraries were constructed with TruSeq ChIP Sample Prep Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.The quantity and quality of all libraries were determined by Bioanalyzer with high-sensitivity chips.
