ChIP-seq libraries were prepared following the Ovation Ultralow DR Multiplex System protocols (NuGEN Technologies INC, San Carlos, CA), followed by a size selection (200-700bp) step by SPRIselect beads (Beckman Coulter, Brea, CA).
