Lysates were clarified from sonicated cells and chromatin-DNA complexes were isolated with the indicated antibody. Library preparation was done with the ThruPLEX-FD Prep Kit from Rubicon Genomics (R40048), which results in ChIP-seq libraries compatible with Illumina NGS Platforms. The Illumina Hiseq-2000 platform was used for sequencing.
